Ultrasonic vibrating screen is developed for ultrafine powder and granular materials, mainly used for screening materials with particle size below 200 mesh (75 microns). It has the advantages of high screening accuracy and large output.
This type of screening yield is usually relatively small, typically ranging from 10 to 50 kilograms per hour. The selected equipment models are 400mm diameter and 600mm diameter, and the mesh size is generally 200-1000 mesh (10-75 microns). According to customer requirements, the ultrasonic screening metal powder machine will be fully sealed (inert gas protection, such as nitrogen protection), and quick opening pipeline design will be installed at the inlet and outlet of the equipment.

2. Preparation work before ultrasonic vibrating screen screening of superhard materials. Before screening, the materials need to be treated accordingly to make them suitable for screening by ultrasonic vibrating screen. For example, the moisture content of dry materials can be appropriately increased. For larger particles, preliminary screening can be carried out, and for large water content, progressiveness solid-liquid separation can be carried out, and then screening can be carried out.
3. Inspection work during ultrasonic vibration screening of superhard materials. During work inspection, it is essential to check whether there is any noise, screening effect, and blockage during the operation of the ultrasonic vibrating screen. Once problems are found, they can be promptly contacted by the vibrating screen manufacturer for timely resolution. The ultrasonic screening system for superhard materials consists of a superhard material ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, HF connecting cables, transducers, and resonators. The high-frequency electricity generated by the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply of superhard materials is converted into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation waves through transducers. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonator to generate resonance, and then the resonator uniformly transmits the vibration to the screen surface. The materials on the screen are subjected to low-frequency three-dimensional vibration while being combined with ultrasonic vibration, which can prevent mesh blockage and improve screening yield and accuracy.
